Privacy Policy

D&H Global Enterprise, LLC (the “Company”) desires to protect the privacy of its online guests who visit this website (the “Site”) , including those who purchase product from the Company via the Site (“Products”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to provide you notice of our information management practices, including the types of information gathered and how it is used and safeguarded. Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 21, 2013.

Collection and Our Use of Information

Personally identifiable information is collected about you when you register purchase a Product. The type of information collected may include your name, company name, postal address, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers (including facsimile), postal addresses, email addresses, etc. Credit card information may also be collected (see below). In addition, personal information may be collected at other times, including, but not limited to, when you request more information and when you report a problem with the Site. If you contact the Company, the Company may keep a record of that correspondence.

Any personally identifiable information that you provide via the Site may be used to provide you password protected access to the Site, collect payment and such other purposes as are described in this Privacy Policy or at the point of collection, such as to respond to your questions or comments, to send you a requested brochure or to otherwise send information or Products to you. If you provide an e-mail address you may receive e-newsletters and other electronic correspondence from time to time.

Collection and Use of Customer Credit Card Information – Third Party Sharing

If you are paying for Product with a credit card, payment information will be requested to conclude the transaction, as well as your mailing address or other contact information to ensure authentication and proper delivery. When you use your credit card on the Site, your credit card information, including the number and expiration date and your billing and shipping addresses, are passed onto a third party merchant who actually processes your credit card. Only the Company and the third party merchant will have authorized access to your credit card information. You can decline to provide credit card information and any other information at the Site at anytime. If you should choose to withhold requested information; however, you may not be able to purchase Product.

Other Sharing of Information

Personally identifiable information may be disclosed to third parties when it is required to complete a transaction, delivery or to provide the services on the Site. Personally identifiable information about you may be disclosed to a subsequent owner or operator of the Site if the rights and obligations regarding any of your information are assigned at the time of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets to a subsequent owner or operator. You will be deemed to have consented to the disclosure to, and use by, a subsequent owner or operator of such web site, and your continued use of the Site signifies your agreement to be bound by the Privacy Policy of the Site's subsequent owner or operator.

Protection of Children's Personal Information

The Company does not publish content that is targeted to children. No intent exists to collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 and no such information will be knowingly collected, maintained, or disclosed. If you are under 13, you should not enter any personally identifiable information about yourself on the Site. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, reasonable efforts will be made to remove the information from the database, at your written request. To request the removal of your child's information, please send an e-mail to childremove@dh-global.com and be sure to include in your message the same information, including e-mail address that your child submitted.

Statistical vs. Personal Information

Some non-personally identifiable information may be collected and stored automatically when you visit the Site. The system collects data in the server log that may include: IP address Domain name Type of browser Operating system Pages viewed Search requests This data may be aggregated and used for statistical purposes. It also helps to understand how the navigation and content of the Site can be improved. This information may be disclosed to third parties.

Use of Cookies

Non-personal information may also be collected with the use of cookies. "Cookies" are small text files a web site can use to recognize repeat users. When someone visits the Site, a cookie is placed on their machine (only if the visitor's web browser has been set to accept cookies) or is read if the visitor has visited the Site previously.
